    Extract each competitor's promise verbatim

    Capture headline, subhead, proof and price from each competitor without interpretation. Interpretation at this stage smuggles in your bias.

    Find the category clichés

    List every claim two or more competitors make. Those claims are worthless in your copy — they buy no differentiation at all.

    Across all extracted competitors, list every claim made by two or more of them. Then list claims unique to exactly one. Mark which of the shared claims are table stakes versus meaningless filler.
