The workflow — 6 steps

  1. Step 1

    Interrogate the idea before writing

Have the model pull the specifics out of you first. Generic content is caused by starting to write before the specifics exist.

My idea is: "{idea}". Interview me with 8 questions designed to surface the specific numbers, failures and counter-intuitive details only I would know. Ask them one at a time and do not write anything yet.
  2. Step 2

Find the argument, not the topic

A topic gets scrolled past; an argument gets a reaction. Force a claim someone could reasonably disagree with.

From my answers, propose three ARGUMENTS (claims a reasonable person could disagree with) rather than topics. For each: the claim, who would disagree, and the strongest evidence I gave that supports it.

What changes when you run it

Before

One blog post per month, written from scratch, generic enough that anyone could have written it.

After

One anchor essay built on a specific arguable claim, plus four channel-native derivatives — in a single 75-minute session.
