1. Who you are contracting with
WeGoForAI is operated by 3-Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using WeGoForAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The product
The Service provides digital products and resources, including The AI Productivity Playbook (PDF, prompt library, and Notion templates), accessible through your account after purchase.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.
5. License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the materials you purchased for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the materials, nor remove any proprietary notices.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all content, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by 3-Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Acceptable use
You must not (a) use the Service in violation of any law; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (d) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by uploading malware, probing, scanning, or scraping; or (e) reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of 3-Tech, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
