1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice describes how 3-Tech ("we", "us", "our"), trading as WeGoForAI, collects and processes your personal data. 3-Tech is the data controller responsible for your personal data in connection with the WeGoForAI service.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password or OAuth identifier.
- Purchase data: products purchased, entitlement status. Payment card data is collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle — we never see or store full card details.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, and basic telemetry.
- Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use marketing cookies by default.
3. Why we use your data and legal basis
- Creating and securing your account and delivering the Playbook you purchased — performance of a contract.
- Fraud prevention, abuse detection, and securing the service — legitimate interests.
- Customer support — performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
- Improving the product (aggregated usage analytics) — legitimate interests.
- Sending transactional emails (receipts, account notices) — performance of a contract and legal obligation.
- Complying with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations — legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record, handles payments, subscription management, refunds, invoicing, and sales tax compliance.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for application hosting, database storage, and email delivery, under written data processing agreements.
- Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside your country of residence. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions issued by the relevant authority.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure we retain limited records (e.g. invoices) for the period required by tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years, and then delete or anonymise the data.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we will respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices for staff who can access production systems.
