How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  2. Open the relevant order and choose "Request a refund".
  3. Alternatively, contact WeGoForAI support and we will assist you in submitting the refund request to Paddle.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days. After a refund is processed, access to the purchased product will be revoked.
